Our competition courses challenge marksmen across our 300+ acre property while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere that defines our club. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or ready for your first tournament, our championship events offer the perfect combination of challenging presentations and sporting camaraderie.

Gopher State 200: Prepare for the 2025 MN State Sporting Clays Championship

Join us at Hunts Point Gun Club for the Gopher State 200, a premier sporting clays event happening June 6, 7, & 8, 2025. This event serves as the perfect preparation for the upcoming 2025 Minnesota State Sporting Clays Championship.

  • Dates: Friday, June 6 - Sunday, June 8, 2025

  • Hours: Shoot any day from 9AM - 5PM

  • Location: Hunts Point Gun Club, 2142 76th St SW, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472

  • Format: European Rotation

  • Registration: NSCA Registered 200

Course Options

  • Red Course 100 - $80 (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

  • Blue Course 100 - $80 (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

Both options include tax, lunch, target fees, and prizes.

Event Features

  • Arrange your own groups of 3 or more

  • Punches for each separate 100

  • HOA, Class, and Lewis options available ($10 each)

  • Doughnuts and coffee provided every day

  • Daily lunch served from 11AM - 2PM

  • Cash/check discount of 3.8% offered

Participation

Open to both NSCA shooters and hunters alike. Individual participants will be placed in groups. Carts are encouraged for navigating the courses.

Accommodations

We recommend arranging lodging early, as summer in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area is a busy and wonderful time to visit!
